PRIMARY DISABILITY DUE TO CEREBROVASCULAR DISEASE OF THE ADULT POPULATION IN THE CHELYABINSK REGION FOR 5 YEARS (2007–2011)

The analysis of the primary indicators of disability due to cerebrovascular disease in the Chelyabinsk region in the dynamics for five years with regard to age, severity of disability. The study showed that the primary disability due to cerebrovascular disease is the second place in the vascular system in the region. The share of patients with cerebrovascular disease among all newly registered disabled for 2007 to 2011 essential dynamics had. In the population as disabled for the first time are the most numerous group of elderly and senile age. Revealed that the distribution for the first time recognized as disabled by group disability accounted for the largest share of the second group for the disabled. There was a statistically significant increase over the study period, the proportion of older people with disabilities first group, mainly due to the decline in the share of the second group disabled. The solution is complex demands attention on the part of Health and Social Security.
