ISOSORBIDE MONONITRATE IMPACT ON HEART RATE VARIABILITY IN PATIENTS WITH STABLE ANGINA PECTORIS 3 AND 4 FUNCTIONAL CLASSES IN COMBINATION WITH HYPERTENSION

This article presents the results of a study of heart rate variability using the rhythmocardiography high resolution hardware-software complex « CAP -01- RK « Micor «with simultaneous electrocardiogram 122 patients with stable angina pectoris in combination with hypertension at the age of 58.4 ± 5,8 years before and after administration of 20 mg isosorbide mononitrate . After receiving isosorbide mononitrate increased number of single ventricular and supraventricular arrhythmias , sinoatrial node dysfunction . Under the influence of this drug was an increase in humoral- metabolic influence in active orthostatic and physical stress tests , sympathetic in the background and sample Aschner significant decrease in parasympathetic effects in the background and the Valsalva maneuver , which is an unfavorable sign as normal parasympathetic regulation should prevail. Thus, isosorbide dinitrate marked arrhythmogenic and peripheral autonomic disregulation properties.
