In this paper the effects of isosorbide mononitrate (ISMN) on cardiac rhythm and conduction method rhythmocardiography (RCG) with simultaneous electrocardiogram (ECG) in patients with stable angina (Sa) 1 and 2 functional classes (FC) in combination with hypertension (HD), and without it. It was shown that ISMN has an ambiguous effect on heart rate: patients with Sa 1 and 2 FC increases the number of patients with ventricular extrasystoles (VES) 1 and 2 grades on lawn while reducing those with VES 3 grades, the number of patients with isolated supraventricular extrasystoles (SVE). More than 2-fold increase in the number of people with the sinoatrial node dysfunction (DFSAN). Among patients with Sa 1 and 2 FC HD after taking ISMN decreased the number of patients with VES 1 and 2 grades on lawn, but at the same time, the increase in the number of these individuals VES. The total number SVE decreased after ISMN in this group of patients. The number of patients with DFSAN after ISMN has nearly three times as compared to baseline. In the example in the sample increased DFSAN with submaximal exercise occurred despite the rise of humoral-metabolic regulation in the evaluation of heart rate variability. Thus, the RCG method can detect the predict and identify arrhythmogenic effect of organic nitrates.
