PSYCHICAL STATUS OF RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS PATIENTS AS INDICATOR OF INFLUENCE OF GENERAL MAGNETOTHERAPY IN REHABILITATION STAGE

To study the effect of the method of general magnetotherapy to the psychological status of patients with inflammatory diseases of the joints were examined 135 patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Application of the general magnetotherapy in rehabilitation treatment improves psychoemotional state of patients with RA: reduced levels of personal and reactive anxiety and positive effect on depressive personality deviation. The positive dynamics of these indicators reliably observed in the main group of RA patients who received standard complex restorative treatment on Climatic resort that includes general magnetotherapy with running magnetic fields of complex “Multimag”. The application of a magnetic field, has a beneficial therapeutic effect on the local level and at the organismal, expedient in a complex rehabilitation therapy.
