RESEARCH ELECTROCARDIOGRAM IN DETECTING ATRIOVENTRICULAR HEART BLOCK 1, 2 AND 3 DEGREES

The article is devoted to finding atriovenkulyarnyh heart block 1, 2 and 3 degrees and of their identity development based on electrocardiograms, Holter monitor daily. Provides statistics detect violations of the heart. Held analysis of the results and vyrobatan comprehensive approach to the assessment of patients with atrioventricular block, early stage, thus avoiding the diastolic, and as a consequence and LV systolic dysfunction, and prevent the development of heart failure. Found that in patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated by AV block 1 degree, the normalization of AV conduction occurs within 2-7 days. In 4% of patients after myocardial infarction, AV block 1 degree becomes chronic. Patients with prolongation PQ showed an echocardiographic examination for early detection of cardiac dysfunction.
