CHARACTER AND CIRCUMSTANCES OF RECEIVING THE TRAUMAS BRINGING TO HOSPITALIZATION

For the purpose of studying characteristic for the Astrakhan region of features of the traumatism leading to hospitalization of victims, anonymous questioning of 738 patients passable treatment in traumatologic office of city clinical hospital No. 3 of Page of M. Kirova is carried out. The obtained data were supplemented with the data containing in annual reports of establishment. As a result of the conducted research it is established that the Astrakhan region has the features of qualitative characteristics of traumatism. Among the hospitalized patients the men of middle age living in the cities, having quite high education level prevail. Nearly a half of all cases of the traumatism leading to hospitalization, home accidents which victims receive when performing homeworks and works at a dacha make. Inhabitants of area most often are traumatized during the first days of working week in the morning or in the evening. In nosological structure of the hospitalized patients with a considerable separation changes of various localization prevail.
