MORPHOLOGY OF TISSUE REACTION IN THE ABDOMINAL CAVITY AFTER IMPLANTATION OF DIFFERENT VARIANTS OF SATURATION TREATED EPOXIDE HETEROLOGICAL PERICARDIAL

For the first time in early extensively studied the morphological picture of tissue reaction when implanted into the abdominal cavity of the treated epoxy heterologous pericardial without saturation and the saturation of chlorhexidine and heparin in the experiment, as a new type of plastic material for the treatment of hernias. Lysis of heterologous pericardium in the abdominal cavity is the gradual replacement of the recipient’s own tissues. Cellular reaction to the implant is characterized rapid growth of fibroblasts, the cells increase in macrophage happened to differentiation into epithelioid cells and foreign bodies carried lysis. A comparative assessment of own tissue regeneration in the early period after implantation of different variants of saturation treated epoxide heterologous pericardium. Tissue repair of the abdominal wall of the recipient is most pronounced when implanted xenogeneic pericardium treated with epoxy to the saturation of chlorhexidine in the experiment. During the implantation of xenogenic pericardium saturating heparin own tissue regeneration slowing down and not full, so the treatment of hernia implant that option is not appropriate.
