Data was collected from the cadets of the Saint-Petersburg Nahimov military navy college, Military of Defense, Russian Federation, specifically their physiological and psychological levels of functional condition that reflect metabolic energy process, the condition of adaptation mechanisms, vegetate regulation of the cardio-vascular system, psycho emotional tension, condition of the central nerves system and the individual specialty. As an exterior criteria of grading the success in education were used the average grades of the educational results, the amount of consults to the doctor’s office throughout the year, results of the dynamic observation survey and the sum of the federal exam points of four subjects. Analysis of interconnection in between the research parameters and external criteria was done. In dependence of the average grades and the success in the federal government exams the observed cadets were formed into two groups: the first group with excellent performance and the second group with satisfactory performance. On the base of the received results was developed a poly dimensional regression model of forecasting the success in completing the federal government exam by the sum of the average points in passing four exams.
