DEVELOPMENT OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF DENTAL IMPLANTS WITH THE POSSIBILITY OF INTRAOSSEOUS ADMINISTRATION OF THE DRUG FOR EDEMA INFLAMMATION AND STRENGTHEN THE PROCESS OF OSSEOINTEGRATION IN DENTAL IMPLANTATION

The questions of the dental implant, the authors proposed an original development of dental implants for use in dental surgery during dental implantation. The proposed design is distinguished by the hollow dental implant having an inner and outer parts, the outer surface of the implant has intraosseous part with calcium phosphate coating, external longitudinal ridges, sloping away from the cervical area of ​​the intraosseous part to its apical zone, radial holes located between adjacent longitudinal ridges on the entire length of the implant. The interior of the piston is provided with a removable handle, moving from the rotation to the locking nut screw piston. Studies conducted in the experiment on animals have shown the high efficiency of the developed design of dental implant. Primary implant stability is ensured by external longitudinal ridges, sloping away from the cervical area of ​​the intraosseous part to its apical area. The resulting histological material for 1, 3, 6 and 12 months showed that the osseointegration of dental implants in bone is superior in quality and speed of a similar process in the control group, which used a common titanium dental implant screw. Total clinic was established 19 dental implants made by design. 1 year after installation or one of 19 installed implants removed was not.
