IMPROVING METHODS OF DIRECT AND EARLY DEFERRED DENTAL IMPLANTS IN PATIENTS WITH DENTAL DEFECTS

This paper presents an improved method of immediate and delayed early dental implantation. Way improved by achieving a high level of dental implant osseointegration by retaining walls of the alveoli tooth extraction when removing system «Easy X-Trac-system», providing primary implant stability through porous titanium, creating optimal conditions for the formation around the implant of the newly formed bone in the most time. Operation is immediate and delayed early dental implantation was performed in 68 patients. Total found 87 screw implants from different manufacturers, including systems «Astra-tec», «Oraltronic» and «Endure». In all cases, the use of the developed method mentioned intimate fit of the newly formed bone to the implant, which characterizes the dynamics of the integration process as directed on osseointegration by osteoid type. Complication in the form periimlantita observed in 3 patients (4.4%), the effectiveness of treatment was 95.6%. These data allow us to recommend the use of improved immediate and delayed early dental implants for wider use in the dental practice.
