MORPHOLOGICAL CHANGES IN THE PULP OF TEETH EXPERIMENTAL ANIMALS IN THE TREATMENT OF DEEP CARIES AND ACUTE FOCAL PULPITIS USING THE DEVELOPED LEKARSTENNYH TRECKS

In recent years in dental practice there are many medicinal filling material domestic and foreign firms are used in the treatment of deep caries and acute focal pulpitis. All of them have one-way action: antiseptic, analgesic, anti-inflammatory, remineralizing, odontotropnym. Authors is an interesting and useful research to create new drugs cushioning materials with pluripotent properties to prevent pulpitis. The results of an experimental study of morphological and functional and structural changes in the dentin and pulp nadpulparnom using drug combinations pastes for treatment of deep caries and acute focal pulpitis. An experimental study was performed on eight mongrel dogs aged 2 to 6 years. The experiment included 57 teeth 12 canines, 45 premolars and molars. The entire volume of material distributed on five series of experiments. Found that the use of combination medicines developed pastes marked rapid restructuring nadpulparnyh layers of dentin and relief of the inflammatory reaction, the main components of the normalization of the pulp and significant increase in function dentinogeneticheskoy pulp.
