As a result of the spent cytobiochemical researches of a neck of cervical HPV-associated cervical intraepithelial neoplasia easy degree oppression macrophages link of the local immunity promoting Th-1 deviation with an intensification of formation of jet forms of nitrogen and oxygen which become the reason of changes of molecular, subcellular and cellular structures is revealed. Besides, in epithelian cell formation of jet forms of oxygen and nitrogen that causes peroksidativnye processes of the lipids and intensive formation free-radical oxygen forms amplifies. Available immunological and cytobiochemical changes at HPV-associated defeats of cervics of easy degree become the factors breaking structures of cellular membranes, and change of metabolic processes plays a considerable role in pathogenesis and process transition in heavier forms. Changes of indicators the oxidants status cervical zones at patients HPV-associated cervical intraepithelial neoplasia show to easy degree necessity of the differentiated approach at correction of metabolic infringements that defines expediency in addition to traditional therapy use of local preparations with antyoxidants orientation.
