APPLICATION OF MENADIONE IN COMPLEX TREATMENT OF PATIENTS WITH ERYSIPELAS

Characteristics of erysipelas at the present stage are considered in the article. Information about frequent relapses of disease and complications development, such as necrosis and phlegmons, secondary to severe hemorrhagic form of disease predominantly developing is submitted. These features are caused not by the unfavorable epidemiological situation only, but due to the manifested hemostasis disorders in patients also. Study of disorders characteristic of coagulation and anticoagulation systems in patients with erysipelas and subsequent improvement of holiatry are attempted by authors. The results of study show polymorphic hemostasis disorders in erysipelas, depending on the form of the disease. Mechanism of coagulation and anticoagulation systems correction, proposed by the authors, intended to include antihemorrhagic preparation menadione in holitary. As a synthetic analogue of vitamin K, menadione has a modulatory effect for hemostasis disorders. Study results show reliable signs of hemostasis normalization during holitary with menadione in patients with erysipelas.
