ESTIMATING METHOD OF PATIENT SATISFACTION OF HOSPITAL SERVICES IN THE MODERNIZATION OF HEALTH CARE

A study of the views of patients were carried out in around the clock working in a multi-hospital system of compulsory health insurance on the perceived quality of services. The study involved patients aged over 18 years. Patients were asked to rate the importance of the proposed indicators in terms of their views about the degree of influence on satisfaction with the quality of criteria: significant, de minimis, insignificant, I have no opinion. All assessed criteria were grouped into two groups: organizational (10 criteria) and medical (12 criteria). Was recommended method of assessing the level of satisfaction with the use of weights. Identification of problem criteria, their timely correction is one of the most effective mechanisms to improve the quality of care.
