CHARACTERISTIC OF CYTOLOGICAL PICTURE OF DURATION OF WOUND HEALING PROCESSES WHEN APPLYING OINTMENT GIPOFUR IN THE CLINIC

To improve the results of treatment of patients with purulent wounds of soft tissue Gipofur ointment was applied - a new drug combination of domestic production. We observed 37 patients in the main group and 26 patients in the control group. In phase I, the local treatment of the wound process was carried out with a 10 % solution of sodium chloride. In phase II of the wound process, for the activation of regenerative processes in the wound - Gipofur ointment was used in the main group and ointment Levomekol in the control group. Control of wound healing process was carried out by smears - prints at the beginning of Phase II of wound healing and on the third, the 6th, the 10th day of treatment. Based on the study of the dynamics of the cytologicpicture, it was shown that the application of the ointment Gipofur took part in strengthening of non-specific defense, increasing the number of young cells of the granulation tissue, pro-and fibroblasts , macrophages, endothelial polyblasts. According to the authors, the local Gipofurotherapy of purulent wounds improves treatment outcomes and reduces the time of treatment.
