INTRAUTERI ADHESIONS: MODERN LOOK AT THE PROBLEM

The review is devoted to the problem of diagnosis, treatment and prevention of the formation of intrauterine adhesions in women of reproductive age. In 90% of cases, the development of intrauterine adhesions caused expressed a complicated course of gestation due to incomplete abortion, missed abortion, molar pregnancy, postpartum hemorrhage, placental tissue residues. The treatment results are individual and depend on the severity of intrauterine adhesions, etiology and duration of the disease, the technology used for the treatment. In the postoperative period to prevent recurrence of adhesions used adjuvant therapy with estrogen in combination with or without progestins, intrauterine devices, intrauterine catheter, adhesions barriers. Currently, no single method of treatment and prevention of the disease is not effective enough that determines the need for a comprehensive approach to solving problems and calls for further research to improve the effectiveness of interventions.
