THE NEED FOR THERAPEUTIC DENTAL CARE TO PERSONS GERIATRIC AGE, LIVING IN GERONTOLOGY CENTER

The process of aging of society is common to all developed and developing countries , Russia is not an exception, as in our country geriatric persons aged between 16 and 34% of the total population of the country. Professional activities doctor - dentist will largely be filled with geriatric patients. The aim of our study was to assess needs in the therapeutic dental care to persons geriatric age, living in the Stavropol regional Gerontology Center . The greatest interest for planning dental assistance to geriatric age Gerontology Center is the analysis of the therapeutic status. Where the problem is based on the need for sanitary - Educate the observance of oral hygiene.
