THE METHOD OF PREVENTION OF INTRAUTERINE ADHESIONS AFTER A SPONTANEUS ABORTION

The actual problem in modern conditions is the need to preserve and restore reproductive health patients after pregnancy loss, such as the frequency determines the growth of chronic endometritis and the development of endometrial pathology. A clinical and laboratory examination of 60 women with early reproductive losses, which were divided into two groups. The efficiency of the use of local therapy with the use of laser therapy and carboxymethylcellulose in the perioperative period. It is proved that the proposed technique contributes to adequate postoperative period, and in contrast to the traditional approach, largely prevents the formation of intrauterine adhesions. The important characteristics of this method are: well-tolerated procedure, technical simplicity, gentle effect on a woman’s body, proven efficiency, allowing it to keep the reproductive potential.
