Pathological changes in the heart in chronic obstructive bronchitis and pulmonary hypertension are characterized by severe hemodynamic changes. The aim of this study was to investigate the pathological changes of left ventricular hemodynamics in patients with chronic obstructive bronchitis in the development and progression of CCP, as well as the possibility of correction of hemodynamic changes. The study involved 140 people aged 37 to 69, mean age 55,2 ± 1,2 years. Identification of CCP in patients with chronic obstructive bronchitis was based on a careful clinical and instrumental examination, which includes analysis of clinical symptoms, ECG, echocardiography of the heart to determine the parameters of the right ventricle and the pulmonary artery pressure. For each stage of development and progression of CCP characterized relevant hemodynamic abnormalities not only the right but also the left ventricle, reflecting on the clinical condition of patients. The results of studying the influence of drug therapy on left ventricular hemodynamics indicate the need for inclusion in the treatment regimen of patients with HLS ACE, allow for adjustments of the hemodynamic changes and prevent the progression of heart failure.
