Describes a skin disease, fiber, and other soft tissues that occurs after injection into them some quality drugs and illegally produced drugs. It is shown that the disease causing agents, which include alcohols, ketones, aldehydes, acids and / or alkali, alkaline earth and heavy metals in concentrations that provide local denaturing action. Found that alcohols, ketones, aldehydes, acids, and salts of heavy metals cause the primary and almost immediate chemical denaturation of proteins, and the alkali metal salts dehydrate cells until their death only a few minutes interaction. In addition to this group of drugs can cause disease without vascular blood forming injectable bruise. It is shown that a few hours after bruising it comes hemolysis and toxic form of hemoglobin iron salts - ferritin and hemosiderin. Describes the etiology, pathogenesis, course options, and outcomes of the disease and suggests ways and means for its prevention and treatment.
