PECULARITIES OF CHRONIC PULMONARY DESAESE COURSE AND TREATMENT IN THE NORTH

The analysis of indicators spirography the efficacy of cold prevention of bronchial obstruction in patients with bronchial asthma cold, as well as in smokers (n = 22) and non-smokers (n = 20) of patients with COPD, asthma and hypertension during the cold test and pre-admission Foradil combi + Spiriva + singular. Established that smoking patients during pharmacological protection from cold bronchial obstruction was observed a more pronounced increase in the index spirography and in smoking patients, these figures barely reached their original level. While FEV1 was lower (p <0,05) the initial level, indicating a low degree of reversibility of these parameters in tobacco smoking compared with those who do not smoke. Thus, the most pronounced therapeutic effect is set in non-patients with mixed pathology.
