AMBULANCE SERVICE MANAGEMENT AND EMERGENCY MEDICAL CARE IN DEFICIT OF MEDICAL PERSONNEL AND SALES TARGET PROGRAMS

The questions of service management of emergency medical care in a significant shortfall of medical personnel were studied.The estimation of the organization ambulance and comprehensive assessment of the quality characteristics of human resources and the establishment of conditions for its development were made. Quantitative composition and structure of the medical staff, its qualitative composition was analyzedmeasures such as staffing of doctors and paramedical staff, their qualifications, probation have been evaluated.Rating ambulance infrastructure city of Kazan, the organization of medical emergency in outpatient care was given to the system approach. All this is possible to substantiate and develop the main directions of improving the organization of emergency medical care in the current conditions with the development of urban infrastructure, the creation of new approaches to health management of Kazan.
