FEATURES OF THE TREATMENT OF CHRONIC APICAL PERIODONTITIS USING MIRAMISTIN IMMOBILIZED ON COMPOSITION POLYSORBITOL

In the present article analyzes the endodontic treatment of apical periodontitis using miramistina immobilized on a compositional polysorbitol for medical treatment of root canals and the paste is combined with hydroxyapatite and without it. Clinical observations have confirmed that the use of the method of treatment promotes rapid relief of inflammation in periodontal and elimination of pain in the short and long terms. Applying a paste containing immobilized miramistin combined with hydroxyapatite zaapikalno has a pronounced therapeutic effect: an active effect on the microflora okoloverhushechnyh hearth, improves local immunity and stimulates the regeneration of okoloverhushechnyh tkaney. Poluchennye data indicate the feasibility of applying a gel containing miramistin, immobilizovannyy na composite polysorbitol endokanalno in the form of applications the mucous membrane in the treatment of chronic apical periodontitis.
