SOCIOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF PREVENTION OF INFLUENZA IN THE POPULATION OF LARGE CITIES

The results of a poll in 1205 population of Naberezhnye Chelny relation to influenza vaccination. Sociological study conducted in the city clinics. The main contingent of respondents had Secondary education (59,1%), higher education (32,1%) and average (9,8%). Their health status 39,2% of respondents rated as «good», 56,1 % - «satisfactory», 4,7% - «unsatisfactory». 26,1 % of respondents annually vaccinated against influenza, 33,2% vaccinated , but not every year and 40,7 % reported that the flu is not immunized. Among respondents who were vaccinated against influenza in 30,1% of cases noted the effectiveness of the vaccine, 20,1% had flu mild and also believe that influenza vaccination is effective, 13,2% of respondents indicated that vaccination does not give a positive effect. Based on this study will be developed measures aimed at improving the organization of prevention of the disease, improve health culture of the population.
