EFFICIENCY ESTIMATION OF OUT-PATIENTS’ SYSTEM CARE IN CIRCULATORY DISEASES

Statistics characterize medical activity. The following has been estimated in the article: efficiency of out-patients’ and in-patients’ medical care in territorial regions. It has been detected the disparity between the mortality rate and morbidity rate in some territorial regions. Low morbidity rate and high mortality rate is one of criteria of efficiency estimation of out-patients’ activity and the quality of primary medical care. Having analyzed the correlation of mortality and morbidity rate from circulatory diseases we detected the territories with opposing rates. In the regions with high mortality rate from circulatory diseases and low common morbidity rate it is necessary to estimate risk factors additionally in order to increase the efficiency of primary medical care.
