MEDICAL REHABILITATION OF THE PATIENTS WITH CIRCULATORY DISEASES IN THE HEALTHCARE SYSTEM OF THE CHUVASH REPUBLIC

Early rehabilitation is important for degenerative changes prevention. Early rehabilitation adequate to state of the patient provides a more favorable course and outcome of the disease, it is one of the measurements of disability prevention. Healthcare system has been evaluated according to the analysis of key demographic parameters’ dynamics: birth, mortality and morbidity rates. The following has been summarized results of the subprogram « Development of medical rehabilitation and sanatorium therapy, including children» aimed at implementing national plans to control social diseases, introduction into medical practice of a three-level rehabilitation system at different stages of the disease, early diagnostics and adequate therapy, secondary prevention and, as a consequence, reduction in mortality.
