ORGANIZATION OF EMERGENCY MEDICAL CARE IN CONDITIONS OF INFORMATIZATION OF URBAN HEALTH

It was carried out a comprehensive study of the medical and organizational aspects as well as systematization of the problems of emergency and medical care in a megalopolisRating ambulance infrastructure city of Kazan, the organization of medical emergency in outpatient care was given to the system approach. All this is possible to substantiate and develop the main directions of improving the organization of emergency medical care in the current conditions with the development of urban infrastructure, the creation of new approaches to health management of Kazan. The automated control system has been implemented to improve the coordination of mobile medical teams, and developed an algorithm interaction Ambulance Station with outpatient care. The organizational and functional model that has been developed and is being implemented on the basis of information management technologies ambulance services, promotes better functioning.
