BIOELECTRIC ACTIVITY OF THE BRAIN IN THE DREAM AT DIFFERENT TYPES OF EPILEPTIC SEIZURES

The analysis of bioelectric activity of a brain is carried out during a dream at 31 patients with generalized and focal epileptic seizures in the course of elektroentsefalografy video monitoring. At epilepsy was registered both a normal dream, and changed – with a smoothness of borders between stages, existence of epileptiformny activity. Epileptiformny activity was registered in the first two stages of a slow dream. At generalized attacks epileptiformny activity prevailed in 2 stages of a slow dream, accumulated on K-complexes. At focal epileptic seizures initiation of epideptiformny activity from frontal assignments with further distribution on temporal and parietal zones is noted. At 8 of 17 patients with generalized attacks the regional beginning of a paroxysm is also registered. Revealed doesn’t contradict idea of a dikhotomichnost of epileptic seizures.
