It was study the local mucosal immunity of the intestine in children with protein induced enteropathy. Histological and immunohistochemical methods were used to study the immuno-phagocytic cell in the duodenum. It was in first consider the role of immune cells-phagocytic in duodenum mucosa and cell interactions in the development of food tolerance. The data obtained contribute to the disclosure of the role of cell-cell interactions with food hypersensitivity in children; can serve as a model for the development of the algorithm in the application of pathogenetic therapy medicinal products. Phase contrast microscopy smears obtained from parietal mucus can be used to monitor the morphological analysis of the mucosa of the gastrointestinal tract in children with various pathological processes involving food hypersensitivity.
