PATHOGENETIC SUBSTANTIATION OF A COMBINATION OF EPIDURAL PHARMACOTHERAPY AND EHF-THERAPY IN THE TREATMENT OF VERTEBROGENIC PAIN IN PERSONS OF HAZARDOUS OCCUPATIONS

The article reveals the pathogenetic mechanisms of the efficiency of the combination of epidural pharmacotherapy and EHF-therapy in the treatment of vertebrogenic pain in persons of hazardous occupations. Explanation of the effectiveness of the proposed the authors of the methodology are provided with items of information-structural theory of pain. The article contains information on how the combination of epidural pharmacotherapy and EHF-therapy works in persons of risky professions suffering from low back pain. Pathophysiological mechanisms of the effectiveness of such a combination have been explained from the point of information-structural pain theory. The result of the application of the proposed method was reduction of terms of treatment and the development of stable remission of pain syndrome in patients of the main group. The combination of epidural pharmacotherapy with EHF-therapy improved the quality of treatment of vertebrogenic pain syndromes in persons of hazardous occupations. The effectiveness of the way of treatment represented in the article has been shown both in the nearest and in the delayed period by means of information-structural analysis of the pain syndrome.
