ASSESSMENT OF PATIENTS ‘ VIEWS ON QUALITY OF CARE AND ORGANIZATION OF PUBLIC AND PRIVATE DENTAL MEDICAL INSTITUTIONS (FOR EXAMPLE, STAVROPOL)

The article presents the results of the survey of patients ‘ satisfaction with the quality of provided care at dental reception state and non-state (private) dental institutions. The analysis of the predominant prevalence of certain age-sex groups of the population and of the reasons for referral to medical institutions of different legal forms. Found that one of the important indicators of quality of medical care is the attitude of the patient and qualifications of medical personnel, this requires continuous improvement of medical and organizational aspects, including the provision of modern equipment, allowing timely and efficiently perform therapeutic and diagnostic measures. The method of the sociological survey of patients for operative control and management as provided dental care to the population.
