INTEGRATION OF ORGANIZATIONAL AND PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS OF PSYCHOLOGY-PEDAGOGICAL SUPPORT DURING MEDICAL REHABILITATION OF PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES

The analysis of the Russian and foreign literature on the problem of social rehabilitation of persons with disabilities (PWD) was made by the authors. A new vision on integration of psychological and pedagogical sciences into regenerative medicine in hospitals to improve the effectiveness of rehabilitation and quality of life of PWDwas proposed in the article. The author’s definition of psychological-pedagogical support (PPS) of social rehabilitation of PWD was given in the article. The organization-pedagogical conditions for the implementation of PPS of social rehabilitation of PWD were revealed by the authors. The integrative model of PPS of social rehabilitation of PWD was developed in the article. The innovative health-saving technology of PPS of social rehabilitation of PWD was work out by the authors. Long-term empirical study of PPS of social rehabilitation of PWD with diseases and injuries of the musculoskeletal system (MS) was made in the article. As a tool for assessing of health-relating quality of life of PWD with diseases and injuries of MS, before and after total hip, in our study was used a common questionnaire MOS 36 -Item Short Form Health Survey (MOS SF- 36) developed by AL Stewart, R Hays, JE Ware and RAND Corporation. The results of our study confirmed our hypothesis about the necessity and feasibility of integration of organizational and pedagogical conditions of PPS to the medical rehabilitation process of PWD.
