The analysis of CD95 expression features on peripheral blood lymphocytes and features of cytokine regulation of apoptosis in acute and chronic inflammatory diseases of the abdominal cavity was held. The patients with acute phlegmonous appendicitis (AFA, n=40), acute gangrenous appendicitis (AGA, n=17), acute mezadenitis (AM, n=27), abdominal tuberculosis (AT, n=60) were examined. The study of lymphocyte populations was performed using monoclonal antibodies to differential lymphocyte antigens (CD3, CD4, CD8, CD56, CD95) by immunofluorescent method. Levels of TNF-α, IL2 were determined in serum by ELISA. To study the immune response during exacerbation of chronic processes in patients with AT after immunoprovocative Koch reaction (ATK, n=40) was made. It was found higher levels of IL2 and TNFα in AGA compared with OFA. In patients with AT concentrations of studied cytokines were at AFA and OM level. During AT exacerbation the concentration of IL2 and TNF-α increased. The expression of CD95 on peripheral blood lymphocytes in all pathologies significantly increased. Thus, as in chronic and acute inflammation is observed with increased expression CD95 (readiness to apoptosis), and differences were found for IL2 and TNF-α, which are regulators of apoptosis. The exploration feature of cytokine regulation of apoptosis of lymphocytes allows predicting the development of the inflammatory process.
