DEFINITION OF MOTIVATIONS OF EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITY AT FIRST-YEAR STUDENTS OF MEDICAL SCHOOL AT THE INITIAL STAGE OF STUDYING OF DISCIPLINE «HISTOLOGY»

In article the characteristic of the student as subject of educational activity is given. Diagnostic signs of subjectivity of the student are listed. Tasks and research methods are defined. Results of research and conclusions are presented. As a result of empirical researches at students domination of external negative motivations is revealed at high self-esteem. Motive shift on the purpose is observed. There are no clear ideas of an ultimate goal of training, the program of activity and results. Educational process for students isn’t process of formation of the personality. The knowledge and self-change aren’t personal values of the student. The obtained data explain need of research of educational motivation of first-year students of medical school at the initial stage of studying of discipline «Histology» for the subsequent development of motivation in them to educational and professional activity taking into account an inclusiveness it in process of formation of professional competence of future doctor.
