FEATURES OF PARAMETERS OF ULTRASONIC FETOMETRIYA IN DYNAMICS OF PHYSIOLOGICAL PREGNANCY DEPENDING ON THE ETHNIC ORIGIN OF WOMEN

In article data on features of morphometric indicators of a fetus are given in various stages of physiological pregnancy depending on an ethnic origin of pregnant women. Reliable differences in growth rates of a fetus are revealed: the Chechen nationality defines increase in parameters of the sizes of a head of a fetus whereas at Russians longer extremities are defined. The smallest indicators of the top and bottom extremities are found in fetuses of Ingushes. It is emphasized that these features are defined by set of genetically caused properties and the morphofunctional of signs of the live systems created according to features of surrounding environment of dwelling of a concrete ethnic group. Prospects of the ethnic direction are defined when developing regional standards various the fetometrics and functional indicators, is indicated the need of formation of individual approaches to an assessment of results of ultrasonic diagnostics.
