In article questions of influence of a polimorbidity on treatment tactics for patients in elder and older age with an inoperable nonsmall-cell lung cancer are considered. The special attention is spared to prevalence of nonhematologic complications at application of standard schemes of chemotherapy and target therapy for patients in different age groups. The analysis results obtained by us are showed that at determining of method special therapy for patients in old and elderly age with lung cancer it is necessary to carrying out complex assessment of general state of the patient and definition of factors connected with a phenomenon of polimorbidity for definition of treatment tactics. At application of chemotherapy for patients with an inoperable lung cancer on nonhematologic toxicity target therapy is more acceptable. At that on some indicators of toxicity target therapy of nonsmall-cell lung cancer by erlotiniby at patients in old and elderly age has no distinctions with that at patients of middle age.
