NEW VIEW ON THE ORGANIZATION MEDICAL MAINTENANCE AMAZED IN ROAD ACCIDENT

In article relevance of questions of the organization of rendering emergency both emergency medical service injured and struck in road accidents is discussed. Interdependence of quality and volume of the provided medical care from quality and a condition of highways, organizational decisions on creation of this or that form of medical maintenance of car traffic, including as a matter of experience works of authors of article is shown, from presence on highways of medical formations of various level, and possibility of new, progressive approach to rationing of number of crews of an emergency medical service in municipalities across which territory pass automobile routes is also considered, entering new concept of the dynamic population for large highways, using the concept of density of an automobile stream which is already available in practice.
