THE CHARACTERISTICS AND THERAPY OPTIMIZATION OF RECURRENT BRONCHITIS IN CHILDREN

The article reports data on the characteristics, clinics and treatment of recurrent bronchitis in children. There is the analysis of clinical and anamnestic data and the effectiveness of different regimens of this disease in children in this report. The concentration of the major classes of immunoglobulins, antibodies to atypical infections, fungi, giardia have been analyzed in children with recurrent bronchitis. Found that preschool children indicated the prevalence of frequent respiratory infections compared with students. Antibodies to chlamydia and mycoplasma have been determined increasingly in preschool and school-age children, giardia infection – in preschool and fungal infection in children of school age (Candida and Aspergillus). The use of polyoxidonium in a complex therapy of recurrent bronchitis has been found to attain the control over clinical symptoms of illness most effectively and to considerably improve the indices of the external respiration function.
