PROVIDING PATIENTS WITH CIRCULATORY SYSTEM PATHOLOGY WITH MEDICAL CARE

Efficiency of the medical care providing system and intradepartmental interaction in healthcare of a region is characterized by mortality rate from the main manageable reasons as an important element of demographic situation. The following has been studied: health dynamics based on the analysis of incidence and mortality rates of the population within 2001-2011 according to the official statistics data of the Chuvash Republic. The patterns for the patients with circulatory system diseases have been developed in order to provide them with qualitative and up-to-date medical care. Therefore the following has been defined: the list of the healthcare institutions, providing medical care, divided amount of medical care on different stages, algorithm of medical personnel interaction at all the stages of medical care providing, clinical signs for patient’s transfer to the next stage of medical care, the list of the medical equipment, the recommended list of the medical workers and their qualification.
