The results of the preclinical safety evaluation of potential therapeutic and prophylactic antidote to cyanide -based mixed cobalt (2 +) salt of mercaptoacetic acid and pyruvic . In experiments with rabbits and albino rats when administered intragastrically shown that the drug being tested for acute toxicity parameters relates to low toxicity class IV drugs. The results of pharmacokinetic studies characterizing features of the absorption, distribution and elimination of a drug test at the intragastric administration to rabbits. Model sample test potential cyanide antidote has a slightly pronounced cumulative effect . By the criteria parameters of acute and subacute toxicity of the oral dosage form of the drug test has no contraindications for clinical research and medical applications.
