HUGIENIC EVALUATION OF LOCOMOTORY ACTIVITY OF SCHOOLCHILDREN ACCORDING TO THE LEVEL OF SALIVA MINERALIZING POTENTIAL AND ITS MICROCRYSTALLIZATION

Sputum analysis is non-invasive, available and informative method of investigation. The availability of ducts and peculiarities of salivation regulation give possibilities for examination of glandular secretion in diagnostic purposes and do not require specific conditions to take the material. It is very convenient in prophylactic examinations of children. We determined calcium contents in the saliva as well as its microcrystallization and mineralizing potential in young school children, having different locomotory activity. As a result of our investigations it was determined that the level of ionized calcium in saliva of schoolchildren with optimal average physical activity was higher in comparison with young sportsmen and schoolchildren who attend only lessons in physical culture. In children with low physical exertion the indices of mineralizing saliva potential (MSP) were the worst. The highest index of (MSP) was noted in children with moderate locomotory activity.
