The paper presents laboratory and diagnostic indicators paraprotein identified using monoclonal antibodies. Identified monoclonal paraprotein in serum is one of the main diagnostic criteria for the disease of multiple myeloma (MM). Patients MM kirghiz ethnic often detected Ig A-myeloma (in 68 % of cases), Ig D-myeloma (in 100 % of cases), biklonalnaya (Ig A, Ig E)-myeloma (100 %) and Ig G- myeloma (31 % of cases). In comparative evaluation of the frequency of occurrence of immunoglobulin light chains in patients with multiple myeloma kirghiz ethnic variant found IgAk-chain (95 % of cases), IgGk-chain (80 % of cases), IgGl -chain (85 % of cases). Do potential bone marrow donors kirghiz ethnic serum revealed IgAk-chain (5 % of cases), IgGk-chain (20 % of cases), IgG l- chain (15 % of cases) and almost 100 % meets IgAl -chain. These results should be considered when planning autologous hematopoietic stem cells in multiple myeloma and other hematologic malignancies.
