In comparative evaluation of the frequency of occurrence of immunoglobulin light chains in patients with multiple myeloma kirghiz ethnic variant found IgAk-chain (95 % of cases), IgGk-chain (80 % of cases), IgGl -chain (85 % of cases). Do potential bone marrow donors kirghiz ethnic serum revealed IgAk-chain (5 % of cases), IgGk-chain (20 % of cases), IgG l- chain (15 % of cases) and almost 100 % meets IgAl -chain. These results should be considered when planning autologous hematopoietic stem cells in multiple myeloma and other hematologic malignancies.
