The article presents the results of studies of voluntary bone marrow donors кirgiz nationality with different chronic illnesses, for the maintenance of the number of IgG to infection Helicobacter pylori. -78 Investigated blood serum to determine the amount of IgG to Helicobacter pylori infection by enzyme immunoassay donors кirgiz nationality of the Kirgiz Republic, living in the city of St. Petersburg. It is found that most of the donors surveyed had levels low and medium levels of IgG against Helicobacter pylori. High level (91-120 and more U / ml) IgG content to Helicobacter pylori, identified in aged 36 to 50 years in women and 0.05% of men 1.6% of cases. When planning for unrelated bone marrow transplantation is necessary to improve the algorithm for determining the safety of the bone marrow. This allows us to explore the donor as a prophylactic measure for the early detection of infection, which often leads to the development of tumor process «carcinogenic to humans», gastric ulcer, duodenal ulcer and timely treatment.
