In this work, the aim of the study was to study the peculiarities of the clinical picture, course, diagnosis of reflux disease of the esophagus when combined with diabetes mellitus type 1 and type 2. Was examined group of patients number 117 people. The paper reports on the survey results 87 (74,3%) of patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease of the esophagus in combination with diabetes, including 17 patients with diabetes mellitus type 1 and 70 patients with diabetes mellitus type 2. In the survey, along with clinical data, was used esophagogastroduodenoscopy and daily pH-metry of the esophagus. In work the analysis of the results of these methods, the changes were more pronounced in patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease of the esophagus in combination with diabetes mellitus type 2.
