In order to determine predictors of differential diagnosis of hypertrophic nonobstructive cardiomyopathy (HNCM) and “secondary” (in hypertension and coronary heart disease) left ventricular hypertrophy examined 64 patients with HNCM and 66 patients with arterial hypertension (AH) and coronary artery disease. Research methods, in addition to general clinical included the resting ECG and echocardiography by standard protocols. The most important parameters for the differential diagnosis HNCM were: the presence of heart failure, NYHA class I, the presence of ST -depression and ECG signs of right ventricular hypertrophy, systolic LV volume, minute volume, the thickness of the anterior wall of the right ventricle and ventricular septal excursion. As a result of the discriminant analysis established a system for the differential diagnosis of HNCM. For the separation of patients with HNCM we calculated the function determines the coordinates of the patient relative to the point of separation of groups. The evaluation of informativeness of the resulting function is calculated that 78.5% of the original grouped observations classified correctly. The sensitivity of the model was 79.7%, specificity - 77.2%.
