SOME ASPECTS OF APPEALABILITY FOR SPECIALIZED MEDICAL AID IN A HALF A MILLION TOWN IN THE SOUTH OF RUSSIA

The conducted research on the character of specialized territorial disaster medicine center brigades calls allowed to analyze the structure of Astrakhan population appealability for medical aid depending on the diagnosis, age, sex of the people who applied as well as on the season. Correlation of age and sex of the patients who applied to specialized brigades varied, depending on age groups: among children, aged 0-14, boys made up 74,4 %, girls – 25,3 %; among working-age population men made up 65,5 %, women – 34,5 %; among people aged 60 and older the figures were 45,7 % and 54,3 % accordingly. So the number of patients women grew in older age groups, while the number of patients men decreased. The largest number of calls to specialized brigades for emergency pre-hospital medical aid were made by people aged 25-29; the minimal number of calls were performed by children aged 0-14 and the retired aged 75 and older. In the nosological structure of the reasons for Astrakhan population appealability for emergency pre-hospital medical aid the main place and the biggest percentage is taken by external reasons for diseases and death (68,4 %), the rest reasons all together accounted only for 15,1 %.
