MECHANISM OF CHANGE OF THE MORPHOFUNCTIONAL STATUS OF EOSINOPHILS AT EOZINOPHILIYA DIFFERENT GENESIS IN CHILDREN

The article attempts to examine the mechanism of changing of the morphofunctional status of eosinophils in eozinophiliya different genesis in children, using hematologic methods, the method of computer cytomorfometric eosinophils, atomic force microscopy and cytochemistry. Statistical processing of the obtained results allowed to establish quantitative, morphometric and cytochemical differences of eosinophils in patients depending on the Genesis of infectious and allergic disease. During the study, a pattern, suggesting that the main launch of the safeguards in place for the development of eosinophilia infectious-allergic Genesis are kislorodzavisimye reaction, which is manifested in increased cell degranulation.
