COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF THE EFFICIENCY OF TREATMENT OF HYPERESTHESIA OF HARD TOOTH TISSUES WITH THE USE OF DRUGS BASED ON FLUORINE COMPOUNDS AND GLUTARALDEHYDE

In the present paper analyzes the results of treatment of hyperesthesia when non-carious lesions of the hard tissue of teeth with different methods and method of treatment with use of the drug «Gluma Desensitizer». Under the supervision were 50 people aged 18–40 years, complaining of hypersensitivity 130 teeth. From the total number of examined patients with symptomatic of hyperesthesia 43 people were women and 7 men. The results showed that, for the treatment of hyperesthesia you can use all the methods, but the most effective is the method of using the «Gluma Desensitizer», the least effective showed itself tooth treatment fir by fluorprotector. Index of hyperesthesia and remineralization of patients that applied «Gluma Desensitizer» has decreased in 1.3 times faster than using traditional means. Electrometric studies have shown that the maximum reduction of electrical tooth pulp identified using the drug «Gluma Desensitizer». 1 year after the treatment there was an increase in the indicator electrical tooth pulp, but the values were below baseline. Use «Gluma Desensitizer» increases the efficiency of treatment of hard tissues of teeth hyperesthesia in the immediate and long terms.
