TO THE QUESTION OF CLINICAL FEATURES OF THE COURSE OF THE UROLITHIC ILLNESS IN ELDERLY AND OLDER PERSONS

Research objective was prevalence studying, and also modern methods of diagnostics, treatment and prevention of an urolithic illness among elderly patients and older age. Material of research was the contingent of the sick senior age groups treated in urological office City Hospital of the city of Belgorod for 2011. In the analysis of clinical records patients elderly and older age it is noted that on prevalence the urolithic illness is on the first place, making 62,3 % (124 patients of 199 treated patients of the senior age group). The most frequent complication of urolithic illness is renal colic (49,5 %), sharp and chronic pyelonephritis (40,6 %). In article, results of research of distribution of patients on the urolithic illness clinical forms are also given, types of the surgeries applied at an urolithic illness are presented
