STRUCTURE OF POLIMORBIDITY IN ELDERLY AND OLDER PERSONS WITH UROLOGICAL PATHOLOGY

The structure analysis results of of a polimorbidity in patients elderly and older age with urological pathology are presented in article. The accompanying pathology is studied at 59 patients of advanced age of an urological profile. The leading accompanying pathology was made by diseases of cardiovascular system (coronary heart disease with symptoms of chronic heart failure is diagnosed for 50 patients (84,7 %), 9 patients (15,3 %) had a myocardial infarction, had a hypertensive illness 83,1% (49 patients), violations of a rhythm of heart were diagnosed for 11 patients (18,6 %). In the analysis of a combination of the accompanying pathology at patients of advanced age the following is noted: at 4 (6,8 %) patients one accompanying pathology, at 24 (40,7 %) – two accompanying pathologies, at 13 (22,0 %) – three accompanying pathologies, at 12 (20,3%) - four accompanying pathologies is diagnosed only and 6(10,2 %) patients had five and more associated diseases.
